Liked the simplicity in this one...guess there are many shades of solitude that have been brought out by you..will term this as a emotional journey...nice read...you have made it a habit to write great stuff :)
ReplyDeleteI wrote this one when I was in 12th standard, night before my accountancy exam. Thank for an encouraging comment, Prayukth...:)
Thanks a lot, Sir:)
Thank you Sir for admiring the poem and for your comment:)
Sure Sir, will try. And, will ask Lady Fiona about translation...:)
DeleteHave to admit it's a great piece of emotional retreat..
ReplyDeleteBut I am not comfortable and left with uneasy feel.
Saru! you deserve the credit.BOL
Sorry for the uneasy and uncomfortable feel, Sir. And, thanks a lot for your wishes and comment...

ReplyDeleteThanks a lot!
DeleteUrdu and Hindi... two of the most b'ful languages in the world.
ReplyDeleteIn alfazon ki gehrai aseem hai. In alfazon ke dard ki gehrai anant hai.
Beautiful
True and both these languages are connected. Urdu is poetic. You write anything in Urdu and it fascinates you. Power of language, i will say.

ReplyDeleteYou have great observation for words, Binu. Well, expected from a writer of your intellect.
DeleteThanks for the comment:)
Truly beautiful Saru! Painful, yet the way you expressed it was very soulful :)
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Harsha. Pain speaks a language of its own...
DeleteWhy everyone is in so much pain under the beautiful sky today?
ReplyDeletePerhaps we all know the answer but not daring to admit it.
But if the pain is the fuel of the creativity then it must remain as it is.
Wish you all the best Saru.
I wish no one suffers any sort of pain but that's not possible. We all have our share of sorrows. And, pain brings the best in any writer. Thanks a lot for your comment Dip:)
Deleteenglish mein to aap ne puri blogger janta ko kabze mein kiya hua hai...ab hindi mein tehelka... :D

Blasphemous Aesthete
Looks like a soulful song...Thanks for the comment Anshul!
DeleteVery nice hindi post...
ReplyDeleteThanks Ruchi...:)
DeleteGreat when you write in Hindi.. poem was so nice n touching but I personally want that Saru poem character in the climax should be moving...instead standing alone...its like depressing feeling n character do not want to move ahead...so don't create anything which make other Devdas...Forgive me if I exceeded my limit...:)
ReplyDeleteRight, we should end on a happy note. Will keep that in my mind. No need to be sorry Mithlash. It's always good to hear what you say...Thanks!!!
DeleteThis is awesome!! you'r as good in hindi poems as English...but that was expected..language doesn't matter much when one has the craft.loneliness and pain in this is profound.

ReplyDeleteraah pe tanha ruke ho kyun??
ReplyDeletethoda jo chalo toh paoge, sath dene waale baht khade hain..
jo teri khushiyon se lade wo apne nahi paraye the..
apne toh teri ek khushi ke liye ghamon ke aage patthar se ade hain..
raah pe tanha ruke ho kyun??
thoda jo chalo toh paoge, sath dene waale baht khade hain..

how can you be so beautiful while being so brief?
Being brief is so easy. Write few lines and make it rhyme. Challenge is to write anything beyond 100 words. I can't do it. Thanks for your compliment dear:)

Deleteeach line is so meaningful and perfect. Believe me, your words always touches deep in my heart... Love you Saru ! :)

........behad sunder .

Delete
Beautiful and profound lines. Thanks for writing a beautiful piece here...:)
DeleteThanks Saru...actually u have inspired me to turn these few lines into a proper poem...may be one of these days I will write more and complete it and publish on my blog.

DeleteWow a poem in Hindi! Totally impressed. Why do we wait for someone..I am reminded of the Hindi song picturized on Ashok Kumar "Tum beseharaa hoon to kisi ka sahara bano, tumko apne aap sahara mil jayega".
ReplyDeletevery well said...
DeleteThe song is lovely and goes well with this poem. And, thanks for the comment...:)
ReplyDeleteTrue...I love your hindi...I just love the way you write comments in hindi...Thanks:)
DeleteThank you so much for the comment :) Looking forward to your next post :)
ReplyDeleteWow...

I felt very connected to this poem. When some unknown reader reads you and feels connected, it means you have done fantastic job with words. B'ful poem. *superlike*
